Hope.

Lake Michigan

Today is glorious in Chicago.  The first TRULY warm day from the oppression of winter.  It is a reminder that the Chicago you remember from SO many months ago DOES exist!  Blue skies, sunshine, a sigh of relief….   We are all trying to forget  that it is Febuary and hoping to believe that winter is over.  I am.  Just for today.  I need to feel the sun, hear the waves through my open windows, and giggle at all the flip flops and mini skirts.

Forget it.  Drink in the hope.  Enjoy today.
