Eric and I had never been to Milwaukee so we took off a bit early and wandered the Third Ward before meeting up with Lauren and Matt for the afternoon. We really connected with these two and had an easy going time capturing their love. I love engagement sessions so very much. Not only do we have an un-stressful time to capture imagery, but a real chance to get to know our couples and look forward to their big day. I always leave so excited for their day and invested in what the two of them share. We started off just outside their home ( on the right ) and wandered around their quaint neighborhood.

This lakeside path is essentially where these two met. They lived in the same building and both had their eye on the other. While on a walk Lauren was on the phone with her Mom and said "Mom I have to go, that cute guy is coming ". They began dating a few weeks later....
We ended our time on Lake Michigan as the light was fading....
Can't wait for November with these two in southern Indiana!!
